"Excellent - I ordered a Nepalese Tibetan carpet as a new-home present. Before I placed the order, I sent an e-mail to www.glighthandicrafts.com asking whether an invoice would be included in the package. (I didn’t want that because it was being shipped directly to the recipient.) I received a nice reply (shipping cost free worldwide) in less than 24 hours. After placing the order, I received confirmations immediately. The Tibetan carpet was shipped on time via Fed Ex. It was easy to track delivery on-line, and I received an e-mail confirming delivery. The recipient was so happy! She loved the handmade natural dyes carpet and was particularly impressed by the secure packaging. The carpet arrived in perfect condition. And there was a small wooden Buddha statue included as a free gift. Nice touch! Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience. I would definitely order from this merchant again."

When I found your website, I was immediately impressed. It is like stepping into an upscale store - a peaceful escape from the chaos of modern life. Not only does your website have a great look, but it is very easy to navigate. I am curious to see the enhancements as well as all the new items. I love the Wood Carving -- it is truly unique.

Most of all, though, I love the rugs and metal crafts. Thanks so much for upgrading my shipping. My FedEx delivery guy could not believe it. He said, "This is a first for me--an Express from Nepal." And I love the charming little purse.
